1. Privacy Policy

At LOW K, we are committed to protecting your personal data. We collect only the information necessary to process your orders, improve our services, and ensure accurate delivery. This may include your name, contact details, address, and payment information. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except where required by law or for fulfilling your order (e.g., delivery providers). All online transactions are encrypted for your safety.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds at LOW K are limited due to the nature of meal prep and delivery. If a refund request is made after a discounted plan has been purchased, the customer will receive a voucher for the remaining value, valid for one year. No cash refunds are issued for discounted purchases. All refund requests must be made in writing, and our team will review and respond within 7 working days.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel your plan, please note: 

• You will receive a voucher instead of a cash refund, valid for one year.
• Voucher issuance may take up to 14–21 days.
• Orders with active discounts are eligible only for vouchers, not refunds.
• Please double-check your meal plan before confirming the order.

4. Delivery Policy

LOW K delivers across the UAE, five days a week (Monday to Friday). Your meals will be delivered within the following time slots:

• Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah: 3:30 am – 10:00 pm (in defined 3–4 hour windows)
• Al Ain, RAK, Ajman, Fujairah, Umm al-Quwain: 3:00 am – 1:00 pm

Delivery timing is approximate, and we strive for punctuality. Requests to change delivery locations may incur additional charges. Meals are delivered only after payment confirmation.

5. Return Policy

Due to food safety standards, LOW K does not accept returns of any meals once delivered. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please report it immediately. We will investigate and take corrective action, which may include a replacement or credit. Always notify us in advance about any health conditions (e.g., diabetes, pregnancy) to help us better tailor your meals. LOW K is not responsible for adverse health outcomes if such conditions are not disclosed.
